HOW TO USE AFFIRMATIONS

1. Choose an affirmation that you really love, one that you can really understand and believe.

2. Speak the words and understand their meaning.

3. Feel the Truth penetrating into your being.

4. As you repeat the words, begin to lower you voice and concentrate on their mental and emotional Truth.

5.  Continue to lower your voice until you become silent and repeat the words mentally and emotionally. The Truth will begin to vbrate within your own being.

6. Now, release the affirmation and do what you have to do with faith in infinite intelligence.

7. As you live, remember that the Lord is omnipresent with you, knows all about your life and created you for a useful and good purpose.

8. When you remember God, God remembers you.

9. To love God is to obey His laws.

10. When you love God in others, Divine Love heals your life.

AFFIRMATIONS

I am no longer fooled by appearances. I now understand that God directs every detail of the universe. God is healing me through the power of my subsconscious mind.

I am connected to the omnipresent source of abundant life. As this life flows through my being, I am healed. I allow this flow of life through understanding, giving and forgiving. My being attracts all that is Good and True in my life.

I am connected to God through the Good that is in my heart and the Truth that is in my mind. Through Good and Truth, I am healed and protected. I trust the universe to provide all my future needs.
