As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and   my thoughts than your thoughts. (Isaiah 55.9)

Imperfection or disease is merely the mental reflection of your wrong thinking. The moment you think rightly or enter the Kingdom by beholding the eternally perfect Plan and Manifestation, you are cured. (
A. K. Mozumdar)

The only way to change your expressions of life is to change your consciousness. For consciousness is the reality that eternally solidifies itself in the things round about you. Man’s world in its every detail is his consciousness out-pictured. (
Neville Goddard)

Happenings that seem miraculous are controlled by laws that we have not yet learned and result from causes that we have not been able to understand.
(Charles Fillmore)

AWARENESS MEDITATION
by Neville Goddard

The creator of the world works in the depth of your soul, underlying all of your faculties, including perception, and streams into your surface mind least disguised in the form of creative fancy. Watch your thoughts, and you will catch Him in the act of creating, for He is your very Self! Every moment of time you are imagining what you are conscious of, and if you do not forget what you are imagining and it comes to pass, you have found the creative cause of your world. Because God is pure imagination and the only creator, if you imagine a state and bring it to pass, you have found Him. Remember:God is your consciousness, your I AM; so when you are imagining, God is doing it. If you imagine and forget what you imagine, you may not recognize your harvest when it appears. It may be good, bad, or indifferent, but if you forget how it came into being, you have not found God. You do not have to be rich to be happy but you must be imaginative! You could have great wealth and be afraid of tomorrow's needs, or have nothing and travel the world over, for all things exist in your own wonderful human imagination.Start climbing! (Neville Goddard)

PROSPERITY MEDITATION
by Florence Scovel Shinn

In the twenty-third psalm, we read: "He restoreth my soul." This means that the subconscious mind or soul, must be restored with the right ideas, and the "mystical marriage" is the marriage of the soul and the spirit, or the subconscious and superconscious mind. They must be one. When the subconscious is flooded with the perfect ideas of the superconscious, God and man are one. "I and the Father are one." That is, he is one with the realm of perfect ideas; he is the man made in God's likeness and image (imagination) and is given power and dominion over all created things, his mind, body and affairs. (Florence Scovel Shinn)

THREE STEPS TO HEALING
by Joseph Murphy

1. The first step in healing is not to be afraid of the manifest condition -- from this very moment.

2. The second step is to realize that the condition is only the product of past thinking, which will have no more power to continue its existence.

3. The third step is mentally to exalt the miraculous healing power of God within you. This procedure instantly will stop the production of all mental poisons in you or in the person for whom you are praying. Live in the embodiment of your desire, and your thought and feeling will soon be made manifest. Do not allow yourself to be swayed by human opinion and worldly fears, but live emotionally in the belief that it is God in action in your mind and body. (Joseph Murphy)

All your experiences, events, conditions, and acts are the reactions of your subconscious mind to your thoughts. Remember, it is not the thing believed in, but the belief in your own mind, which brings about the result. Cease believing in the false beliefs, opinions, superstitions, and fears of mankind. Begin to believe in the eternal verities and truths of life, which never change. Then, you will move onward, upward, and Godward. (Joseph Murphy)

THE KINGDOM'S WAY OF HEALING
by A. K. Mozumdar

Now let us turn back to the Kingdom's way of healing. One evening as I was about to go out to keep an appointment, the telephone rang. I took down the receiver and a man's voice spoke. He stated who he was and said: "Ihave attended your meetings severaltimes with my wife, and now we are calling on you for help. My wife has been given up by the doctors, and I am afraid she will not live through the night. I wish you could come over at once." Considering the urgent need, I consented. When I reached there, I was ushered into the sick room where a woman was lying helpless on her bed. She was very weak, breathing very low; yet she was fully conscious of my presence. In fact, she manifested joy at seeing me. In a faint voice she said: "I know that you can help me—you are a man from God, I do not want to pass out." I replied: "You do not have to. Try to grasp the idea of your eternal perfection in the Kingdom, You are not going to be well; you are well right now, because you have forever been well. Try to see yourself as you are in the Kingdom, and act and move according to that vision of yourself." Immediately she was much relieved and her consciousness was lifted. In a clear tone she asked: "Do you mean to say that if I recognize this eternal fact and act upon it, I will have no difficulty in finding my strength?" "Yes," I answered. Thereupon she tried to sit up in her bed, and succeeded after a little effort. She asked for a glass of water, which she drank with much relish. Then, leaning on her pillow, she turned to me and said: "I believe you. I have already discovered that your principle works. I feel better. I feel hungry, too; may I eat some bread and milk?" I nodded my head in assent. After she had eaten, she felt still more improved. With a few words of further encouragement, I left her. Next morning when my telephone rang, to my surprise I heard the voice of my patient, which was almost normal. She told me that she was up and that she could walk a little. In ten days she was able to come to see me. This is one of the marvellous demonstrations of Truth. (A. K. Mozumdar)

HEALING MEDITATION
by Joel Goldsmith

When we look out upon the world with our eyes, we are not beholding our bodies, we are not seeing this infinite divine idea body: We are beholding a more or less universal concept of the idea. As we see a healthy body, a beautiful flower or tree, we are seeing a good concept of the idea body, flower, or tree. When we see an aging, ailing body, withered flower, or decaying tree, we are beholding an erroneous concept of the divine idea. As we improve our concepts of idea, body, or manifestation, we term this improving of concepts, healing. Actually, nothing has happened to the so-called patient or his body -- the change has come in the individual's consciousness and becomes visible as improved belief or healing. For this reason the healer alone must accept responsibility for healing and never try to shift the blame for non-healing onto the person who asked for help. That individual is I AM, Life, Truth, and Love, and his body exists as perfect spiritual eternal harmonious idea, subject only to the laws of Principle, Soul, Spirit -- and it is our privilege duty, and responsibility to know this truth, and the truth will make free every person who turns to us.

As individual infinite spiritual consciousness, I embody my universe, I embody or include the idea body, home, activity, income, health, wealth, and companionship, and these are subject only to spiritual law and life. The body is not self-acting: It is governed harmoniously by spiritual power. When the body appears to be discordant, inactive, overactive, changing, or in pain, it is always the belief that the body is self-acting, that it of itself has the power to move or not move, to ache, pain, sicken, or die. This is not true. The body is not self-acting. It has no intelligence or activity of its own. All action is mind-action; therefore, omnipotent good action. When we know this truth, the body responds to this knowing or understanding of truth. No change then takes place in the body because the error never was there. It is entirely exchanging a concept for the truth that already is, always has been, and ever will be. Remember there is no patient "Out there" and no body out there to be healed, improved, or corrected. Always it is a false concept or belief to be corrected in individual thought.

When we begin to understand that the body is not self-acting, that it responds only to the stimulus of mind, we can disregard so-called inharmonious bodily conditions and abide in the truth that Life is forever expressing itself harmoniously, perfectly, and eternally as the divine idea body.

HEALING MEDITATION
by Phineas Parker Quimby

True life is health, knowledge and happiness - all in this belief. Death is disease, error, misery and pain - all in this belief. Each of the above is called our “knowledge,” and to believe in one is to disbelieve in the other - for our life is in our belief. Death is the destruction of the one and the life of the other (or the disbelief of the one and the belief of the other). Christ came to destroy death (or belief) and bring life and immortality to light; and this life (or belief) was in Christ. They that lost their life (or belief) for his sake (or belief) should find it. Upon this rock (or belief) I build my faith - and the gates of death cannot change me. Now your life is in your belief - and you are known by the fruits. My life is my belief. Now as I impart my belief to you - it is your life (or health); and as you receive my life (or belief) - you die to your own. And my life - in you - grows to a belief. And this belief is your health (or happiness). (Phineas Parkhurst Quimby)

PEACE MEDITATION
by James Allen

THE farmer must scatter all his seed upon the land, and then leave it to the elements. Were he to covetously hoard his seed, he would lose both it and his produce, for his seed would perish. It perishes when he sows it, but in perishing it brings forth a greater abundance. So in life, we get by giving ; we grow rich by scattering. The man who says he is in possession of knowledge which he cannot give out because the world is incapable of receiving it either does not possess such knowledge, or, if he does, will soon be deprived of it if he is not already deprived of it. To hoard is to lose ; to exclusively retain is to be dispossessed. He who would be happy, let him consider the happiness of others. Men reap that which they sow.(James Allen)

GOOD NEWS FROM HEAVEN
by Emanel Swedenborg

Heavenly intelligence is interior intelligence, arising from a love for truth, not with any glory in the world nor any glory in heaven as an end, but with the truth itself as an end, by which they are inmostly affected and with which they are inmostly delighted. Those who are affected by and delighted with the truth itself are affected by and delighted with the light of heaven; and those who are affected by and delighted with the light of heaven are also affected by and delighted with Divine truth, and indeed with the Lord Himself; for the light of heaven is Divine truth, and Divine truth is the Lord in heaven. This light enters only into the interiors of the mind; for the interiors of the mind are formed for the reception of that light, and are affected by and delighted with that light as it enters; for whatever flows in and is received from heaven has in it what is delightful and pleasant. From this comes a genuine affection for truth, which is an affection for truth for truth’s sake. Those who are in this affection, or what is the same thing, in this love, are in heavenly intelligence, and “shine in heaven as with the brightness of the firmament.” They so shine because Divine truth, wherever it is in heaven, is what gives light; and the “firmament” of heaven signifies from correspondence the intellectual faculty, both with angels and men, that is in the light of heaven.  (Emanuel Swedenborg)

THE ONE MIND

There is only ONE MIND in the whole universe.

Mind or consciousness is universal like light, air and water.

And mind flows through every being in the universe and provides Wisdom to every being according to reception.

Mind is creative; it creates what it imagines.

Man creates and manifests in his world what he believes to be true.

When he believes in lies and illusions, he creates and manifests the distortions of his hate and fear.

When he believes in Truth and Reality, he creates and manifests the beauty of his faith and love.

THE DEPARTMENTS OF THE MIND
by Florence Scovel Shinn

There are three departments of the mind.

The subconscious, is simply power, without direction. It is like steam or electricity, and it does what it is directed to do; it has no power of induction. Whatever man feels deeply or images clearly, is impressed upon the subconscious mind, and carried out in minutest detail. ....

The conscious mind has been called mortal or carnal mind. It is the human mind and sees life as it appears to be. It sees death, disaster, sickness, poverty and limitation of every kind, and it impresses the subconscious.

The superconscious mind is the God Mind within each man, and is the realm of perfect ideas. In it, is the "perfect pattern" spoken of by Plato, The Divine Design; for there is a Divine Design for each person. "There is a place that you are to fill and no one else can fill, something you are to do, which no one else can do." There is a perfect picture of this in the superconscious mind. It usually flashes across the conscious as an unattainable ideal -- "something too good to be true." In reality it is man's true destiny (or destination) flashed to him from the Infinite Intelligence which is within himself. Many people, however, are in ignorance of their true destinies and are striving for things and situations which do not belong to them, and would only bring failure and dissatisfaction if attained. (Florence Scovel Shinn)

THE SUBCONSCIOUS AND AFFIRMATIONS

Consciousness creates reality. And our life is being driven by our subconscious mind.

Our subconscious mind is impressed by thoughts, words and feelings.

Over time, our subconscious mind impresses itself with negative impressions from the world and from our traumatic experiences.

For example, the idea that the world is a cruel place is being impressed upon our subconscious mind every time we watch the news and hear about all the violence, poverty and disease in the world.

This idea is a lie. The world is neither good nor evil. It is manifesting the will, thoughts and feelings of human beings.

We should not blame God if some human beings have freely chosen to manifest selfishness, hatred and evil.

A more personal example is when somebody wrongs us in some way. And we then make the assumption that all human beings are evil. We then become bitter and retreat into the shell of our selfishness.

Once again, we must understand that this is a lie or false assumption. It is not because this human being has acted in an improper manner that all human beings are evil.

The Truth is that the earth is a school for human souls and all human beings are in the process of learning Love and Wisdom.

They do this by willing, thinking, doing and experiencing the consequences of their thoughts and actions.

If we want to change the nature of our life, we must erase the false beliefs that have been impressed upon our subconscious mind. This can be accomplished by using Truthful affirmations.

Any words that are repeated with conviction and feeling impress the subconscious.

BELIEF = THOUGHT + FEELING

TRUE BELIEF = TRUTH + JOY

In order to work, an affirmation must reach the depths of your being or subconscious mind.

This will only happen if you completely understand and believe in its Truth. And then feel the joy and certainty of Truth or have FAITH in God.

If we want affirmations to work, we should ignore appearances, fully understand, become convinced and believe in the Truth.  This takes time, effort and perseverance.

The Truth is that God is infinitely Good and He creates this universe of freedom to realize his Love and Wisdom.

The Truth is that the evil that is in the world and in our own self is the result of human freedom. Some human beings freely choose to think and behave egotistically or they do not want to make the effort to change. They choose to learn by means of suffering. Truth and Goodness can only be realized freely and willingly.

The only way we learn is by experience. Suffering teaches us the consequences of going against the Divine Purpose while Heavenly joy teaches us the benefits of being creative, useful, merciful and loving.

There are six billion human beings on Earth trying to do what is Good and to live respectable lives. But, in the media, we only hear about those few hundred human beings whose intentions and acts are evil, perverted or cruel. This is because evil is arrogant and it always seeks attention while good is meek and silent. Therefore we should not judge the universe by appearances.

And this inward peace, this silence, this harmony, this Love, is the Kingdom of Heaven, which is so difficult to reach because few are willing to give up themselves and to become as little children. (James Allen)

Life is an unfoldment, not accretion. What comes to us in the world without is what we already possess in the world within. All possession is based on consciousness. All gain is the result of an accumulative consciousness. All loss is the result of a scattering consciousness.  Mental efficiency is contingent upon harmony; discord means confusion; therefore, he who would acquire power must be in harmony with Natural Law. (Charles F. Haanel)

FEAR OR FAITH

There are essentially two ways to live. You can live  from appearances and fear. Or you can live from Faith.

You can let your life be guided by the temporal and fluctuating appearances of the world.

Or you can let your life be guided by the Heavenly Peace and eternal principles of your Divine Center.

The world that you sense is fleeting and changing.

The world that you feel can be Eternal, Peaceful, True and Good.

The choice is in your hands.

You can manifest turmoil or Truth and Love.

In itself, the world of appearances is neither good nor evil.

It is simply manifesting the seeds that have been planted in spiritual substance.

YOU are a thinking center in original substance, and the thoughts of original substance have creative power; whatever is formed in its thought and held as a thought-form must come into existence as a visible and so-called material form, and a thought-form held in thinking substance is a reality; it is a real thing, whether it has yet become visible to mortal eye or not. This is a fact that you should impress upon your understanding-that a thought held in thinking substance is a real thing; a form, and has actual existence, although it is not visible to you. You internally take the form in which you think of your self; and you surround yourself with the invisible forms of those things with which you associate in your thoughts. (Wallace Wattles)

THE SECRET OF LIFE, of abundant life, with its strength, its joy, and its unbroken peace is to find the Divine Center within oneself. It is to live in and from that, instead of in that outer circumference of disturbances—the clamors, cravings, and argumentations which make up the animal and intellectual man. These selfish elements constitute the mere husks of life, and must be thrown away by him who would penetrate to the Central Heart of things—to Life itself. To not know that within you which is changeless, and defiant of time and death, is not to know anything, but is to play vainly with unsubstantial reflections in the mirror of time. To not find within yourself those passionless Principles which are unmoved by the strifes, shows, and vanities of the world, is to find nothing but illusions which vanish as they are grasped. (James Allen)

What you now desire you already have and you seek it only because you have already found it. You found it in the form of desire. It is just as real in the form of desire as it is going to be to your bodily organs. You are already that which you seek and you have no one to change but Self in order to express it. (Neville Goddard)

You combine with what you notice, and if you are always noticing failure and hard times, you will combine with failure and hard times. You must form the habit of living in the fourth dimension, "The World of the Wondrous." It is the world where you do not judge by appearances. You have trained your inner eye to see through failure into success, to see through sickness into health to see through limitation into plenty. "I will give you the land which you thou seeth." (Florence Scovel Shinn)

THOUGHT MEDITATION
by William Walker Atkinson

When we come to see that Thought is a force - a manifestation of energy - having a magnet-like power of attraction, we will begin to understand the why and wherefore of many things that have heretofore seemed dark to us. There is no study that will so well repay the student for his time and trouble as the study of the workings of this mighty law of the world of Thought - the Law of Attraction.  .....We are sending out thoughts of greater or less intensity all the time, and we are reaping the results of such thoughts. Not only do our thought waves influence ourselves and others, but they have a drawing power - they attract to us the thoughts of others, things, circumstances, people, "luck," in accord with the character of the thought uppermost in our minds. Thoughts of Love will attract to us the Love of others; circumstances and surroundings in accord with the thought; people who are of like thought. Thoughts of Anger, Hate, Envy, Malice and Jealousy will draw to us the foul brood of kindred thoughts emanating from the minds of others; circumstances in which we will be called upon to manifest these vile thoughts and will receive them in turn from others; people who will manifest inharmony; and so on. A strong thought or a thought long continued, will make us the center of attraction for the corresponding thought waves of others. Likeattracts like in the Thought World - as ye sow so shall ye reap. Birds of a feather flock together in the Thought World - curses like chickens come home to roost, and bringing their friends with them. The man or woman who is filled with Love sees Love on all sides and attracts the Love of others. The man with hate in his heart gets all the Hate he can stand. The man who thinks Fight generally runs up against all the Fight he wants before he gets through. And so it goes, each gets what he calls for over the wireless telegraphy of the Mind. The man who rises in the morning feeling "grumpy" usually manages to have the whole family in the same mood before the breakfast is over. The "nagging" woman generally finds enough to gratify her "nagging" propensity during the day. This matter of Thought Attraction is a serious one. When you stop to think of it you will see that a man really makes his own surroundings, although he blames others for it. I have known people who understood this law to hold a positive, calm thought and be absolutely unaffected by the inharmony surrounding them. They were like the vessel from which the oil had been poured on the troubled waters - they rested safely and calmly whilst the tempest raged around them. One is not at the mercy of the fitful storms of Thought after he has learned the workings of the Law. (William Atkinson)

You are, at this very moment, drawing into your world that which you are now conscious of being. Now you can see what is meant by, “You must be born again.” If you are dissatisfied with your present expression in life the only way to change it, is to take your attention away from that which seems so real to you and rise in consciousness to that which you desire to be. You cannot serve two masters, therefore to take your attention from one state of consciousness and place it upon another is to die to one and live to the other. .......Consciousness is the way or door through which things appear. He said, “I AM the way” – not ‘I,’ John Smith, am the way, but “I AM,” the awareness of being, is the way through which the thing shall come. The signs always follow. They never precede. Things have no reality other than in consciousness. Therefore, get the consciousness first and the thing is compelled to appear. You are told, “Seek ye first the kingdom of Heaven and all things shall be added unto you.” Get first the consciousness of the things that you are seeking and leave the things alone. This is what is meant by “Ye shall decree a thing and it shall come to pass.”(Neville Goddard)
